  To all of my Western NY friends... I have a close friend who lives in Lockport NY. She has experienced a recent health issue and needs medical care. She has no car, thus she relies on bus and taxi service. Does anyone know of a free or low income health care clinic in the area? If so, I'd be most grateful for the information.

  The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc, just opened a facility this year in Lockport. The address is 38 Heritage Court. My neighbor goes there..sliding scale fees, and they accept Medicaid. Their Website: www.chcb.net
