  ISO: some help! I have united health care Medicaid and My plan covers circumcision under 12 weeks. My son is now 9 days old and I'm getting the run around and being told to go to numerous different surgeons and doctors that will "take UHC". But the two places I've been in contact with can't get me in until August 21st or September 28th! That's absolutely ridiculous!! I don't really have the $175 to pay out of pocket so we're hoping to get some answers ASAP! We want this done now and not so late! TIA

  From my understanding, If you have straight medicaid it will be covered.. My daughter had her son at Halifax and used Halifax sports medicine (386-254-4165) for the circumcision... they advised us not to pick a plan at first so medicaid would cover it, and they did. He was 2 weeks old when we had it done. Good luck
