  This is an FYI warning for anyone who goes to NTB for car services. I was personally ripped off, every oil change there was a variety of fluids, tubes, wires that needed to be changed. My husband went to a different location Sunday for an oil change, and was told his entire brake system had to be replaced (calipers. Rotors, pads). So due to our previous experience with NTB, we took it to Scott Delongs (off Post Oak Tritt) for a second opinion. The brake system is FINE. The front pads need to be replaced soon , but THATS IT. Two separate NTB stores have tried for the LAST time to steal from us, and yes I consider this theft. Scott Delongs Mechanic shop is the ONLY place we will go from now on, they are honest! But be warned, NTB is a company of crooks up selling you for services you DONT NEED. They are stealing your money and giving reputable mechanics a bad name. I can't recommend more the great service we ALWAYS get from Scott Delong.
