All the hotels are booked, and was wondering if any of you know of an office space or something along those lines that would work. My client prefers it not be a restaurant.   I just saw this - if you're still looking you can call Pam Salter at Christ Church United Methodist (936) 273.2030. She is a friend of mine that handles all of their room bookings (they have a chapel that seats 50-100 no problem with all the A/V hookups and sound ready to go)
