  I would recommend Daisy hill vet clinic (419) 289-8387, Mapleton vet clinic 419-945-1505, or my personal favorite Wellington Vet Clinic (will do house calls) 440-647-4100. I lived in that area for quite sometime if they have any questions I would be glad to help
