  Carrington dental school offers free cleanings and really really cheap fillings (like $30 per tooth cheap) they can also give you a referal to ohsu (you need a referal to get an appointment up there and then its super cheap) Not sure why but if you go to their website, it looks like there isn't a Portland Branch, but there is, I promise, I have used it myself, and I just called to make sure they are still there and they are.
