  If you're wanting someone just for mowing & edging, you might try my lawn guys - Your Day Off 281-924-4002...his name is Juan. They have mowed our lawn here & in Copperfield for about 16 yrs. If it is just landscaping & not mowing, I recommend N.B.E.@832-419-9698 or 832-419-0250 - his name is Juan Escudero. We have used him for trimming trees, outing in flower beds, mulch for about 3 yrs. you can tell them we recommended them (probably need to tell them that they've done our yard in Estates at Cullen Park).
