  Hi Andrea, I had two tattoos in Shanghai at http://www.shanghaitattoo.com/en/ They are very appreciated both by foreigners and local tattoos lovers. I also had one in Changzhou but the guy moved to Ningbo some time ago. However you can have a look at Nandajie, actually is full of tattoos maker, but personally I would suggest you to spend some more money and go to Shanghai. Hope this will help
