Hello :) Are there any physios in town? I ruptured my ACL during the summer, but looking for some help with it for the winter :)
Also does anyone recommend a knee brace for ACL injuries? Was looking at Donjoy braces, but just checking if anyone has had any first hand experience riding with braces?
Thanks in advance for any help! :D

Sarah at mountain rehab is great. I have an Össur CTi Custom brace (I'm post surgery) and it's great. Light weight, strong and confidence inspiring. Had a few incidents where I thought it could have tore again, but the brace had done its job and stopped any damage.
Genuine plea here. Can anyone recommend a company that can help me with advice on getting my ass to sleep as well as making my neck n shoulders work again?
I guess one of the massage companies with knowledge of herbal remedies or homeopathic techniques? (Just saying words I don't know the meaning of) preferably one that does a Seasonaire discount. I haven't slept for 4 days and its torture. My neck n shoulders are all seized for whatever reason too.
Can we keep the nonsense replies down to a minimum at least enough that I can sift through to find proper replies. Cheers.
