  Niki, i'm woefully out of the Philly loop these days, but you can't go wrong at White Dog Cafe in West Philly. A table at Talula's franchise ( http://www.talulastable.com/ ) is tough to get but worth the wait. Many, many restaurants source somewhat locally, if not 100 percent.
