  Dear Residents, Can someone recommend a reputable contractor to fix a water leak coming from outside my yard door that is seeping under my wood floors. My floor is ripped apart drying out however I need to seal the outside framing so it doesn't happen again. So frustrating since the house is not even two years old and this leak has been going on since before May from the looks of it.
