  Handyman with tools needed for small jobs! 1) I need to take off an old shutter (can't get two of the screws out) and replace it with another one, but the new one is going to need notches cut into the top of it because of a piece of trim that it has to rest on. 2) I need a motion light installed on corner of house. 3) I need a 12 ft board ripped (to shorten the width of the board) and installed along with a piece of trim on my side porch. 4) I need some facia boards replaced and others repainted. 5) I need some interior trim work replaced 6) I need my ice maker lines replaced 7) I need some smoke detectors installed. I'm looking for someone that I can call when something breaks and I can't fix it myself. I need someone that is honest, good, reliable and most importantly very reasonable on their prices to do the above.
