  I need help. I have a Family that is a Sandy Victim in Massapequa who are without heat or electric. The first thing they need is a licensed electrician to get them through an underwriters certificate so the electric can be restored. If anyone is a licensed electrician or can get one to help out it would be greatly appreciated. otherwise let's all kick in a few bucks. Please share
