Can anyone recommend a GOOD vet in Richmond? I'm more worried about quality than cost.

I love richmond vet clinic. We have taken our dog there since birth 3 years ago. We moved out of richmond but still drive 45 min to take him to them. http://www.richmondvetclinic.net/
Does anyone know of a groomer that will accept bunnies? My fuzzy lop has a few (close to the skin) matts and I'm terrified I'll cut her if I try to use scissors. Help would be appreciated.

I worked at Richmond Veterinary Clinic for 3 years, and they care for exotics. They do mass removal, neuter, etc for all small, exotic animals, including rabbits. Dr Putnam says as long as they fit through the door he will care for them! (859)623-3898, Tell them I sent you!

You can *try* Doggie Livin' in Richmond, if not, I'm sure you could take her to Richmond Veterinary Clinic and they may be able to help for a small fee?

Richmond Veterinary Clinic most likely won't be able to help, you have to take them to an "exotic vet" or "exotic groomer" because for some reason rabbit are exotic... We have a lion head who gets really bad mats. I will start at the end and slowly separate them by hand... It is very tedious and time consuming but it works for us... I will also say that since we have moved Houdini to a bigger enclosure he almost never gets matts anymore... you could try Adventure pets, they clip my dogs toe nails, but I'm not sure if they can groom rabbits...
