  Two excellent trainers are 1. Cindy Valencia, 954-444-8431, 2. Mandi Walker 813-610-9870. Highly recommend both. Cindy is a FH resident and Mandi is a is the owner/ trainer with Zia Fitness and Wellness. Cleaning Service Pat Hill with the Maids 813-689-1111. Not sure if they do laundry. But you house will be spotless!
