  Kathy A. wrote: Not impressed with the unprofessional anwering of the phone. DES seems to be using his personal number to take business calls. Maybe that's the norm. But I want to know I'm talking to a professional when I make a business call. Second, I didn't like the judgemental tone when I made what is considered a standard request amongst other travel professionals. Sorry DES, I'm going elsewhere for my travel needs.
