Not only is he excellent in scheduling, driving and being your advocate, but he's a wonderful guy to boot. Two other important things Benny does of which you might not be aware: 1. He negotiates prices on almost everything. We don't have any leverage over suppliers because we only do one or two projects like this in a lifetime. Benny does multiple per year, so he can negotiate prices and contracts you'd never be able to get on your own. 2. Benny is willing to troubleshoot, intervene or advocate on almost anything related to your project. He has no concept of job description, he just wants you to get what you deserve. So, I couldn't recommend Benny more highly, and even now - more than a year after our project is complete, I still call him for help and he's still willing to help. Just hope that he's available when you need him!

  Pamela S. wrote: Benny is an amazing advocate. To do a build or major construction in Raanana can be complicated and unpleasant. It was a real asset to have Benny's experience and expertise. He is committed to your home project and helps with both the big issues and the small details. If I ever had to go through building again my first call would be to Benny.

He is managing a substantial renovation on our behalf and has been doing a terrific job - managing the interface between designer/architect and general contractor, running competitive bidding processes for key portions of the work to ensure good pricing, and in general helps to provide peace of mind in a very difficult process.
