  Out of curiosity, ISO certified electrician. Looking to find a cert. Electrician to redo the electrical on our garage (we're buying so it needs to be certified). We can shut off the main house breaker yet the washer/dryer in the garage will still be on. Something is obviously wrong! Hoping to find electrician that can give us a free quote on what we need done. Hoping to do it at tax time. Know of any Cert. Electricians out there that will give a free quote?
