Maternity was never done and newborn was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times after she was born in December until we finally had to go with someone else because we were falling out of the newborn window. She took days to respond back to me even when scheduling and rescheduling (also only cancelled hours before every time) eventually stopping the responses altogether. There was no attempt to make the matter right or offer a refund. I still have not heard back from her. Do NOT pay this woman. I’ve seen many others have issues with her either not responding or not giving them their photos after taken.
