  Happy 2017! In search of a contractor with great recommendations. We had everything laid out to remove a wall and open up our living room, replace existing beam etc. Construction was supposed to start next week and our contractor literally fell off the planet. We really have no previous experience as we are so lucky that in the past 10 years my husband has done everything on our home.
