  Been helping a couple recover homelessness. Well watermark has let us get their car towed there and thought they would help out... and not even a couple days later need it moved ASAP. I am couple houses down. Need a tow to move it just a couple houses down. Any recommendations?? Also of a mobile mechanic and prices for diagnosis of all what's wrong? Front brakes locked for sure. Already pulled my connections and got them a referral from my church (NOT watermark) christ Chapel Bible church to an organization on stand by to know and help pay repairs.
