  Sr Hammond in DM is where I have taken mine since kelsis was 4 yrs old she is great number is 515-267-0737 takes all types of insurance as well!! Good luck

  When Cael had all of his work done, we went to Westown Pediatric Dentistry. The office that Dr. Hammond and Dr. Lussman work out of. I sent many of my students there over the years, too.
