Looking for an engine repair manual.. So I got an 07 MS3 with a rod knocking on a trade with a buddy. (I knew about the engine being bad beforehand.)
I'm wanting to rebuild, but I'm having a hard time finding an engine repair manual. Anyone know where I can pick one up? I've found some shop guide pdf's online but they don't have engine teardown or rebuild procedures from what I've seen.
It doesn't seem to like it'll be too bad but I would like to actually read the process just to be sure that I don't mess up somewhere along the way.

I'd try mazdaspeedforums.org, you might have to join VIP to have access the the manual but I believe it's only like $25 per year.
Anyone know where to get a tune for a MazdaSpeed3? Are there any local shops that flash them??
Tommy S. replied:
You need a v3 AP and HPFP at the very least to even be able to begin tuning safely. No sense in doing it stock, might as well get a full intake, downpipe, fmic, 3.5 bar map sensor and an ebcs first. Check out mazdaspeeds.org or mazdaspeedforums.org and do some digging.
Is there a website or somewhere I can buy aftermarket parts besides eBay?
Drew R. replied:
no problem. Cesar, don't forget to join up at mazdaspeedforums.org . GA Nator section. cool guys and always willing to help with installs. Applies to all fellow speeds as well.

Join Mazda speed forums, donate then you should be able to see the sales forum. If you're looking for just new parts, check out Cobb, corksport, and a few others.
Who are the best tuners for a Mazdaspeed3 in Georgia.
Dustin T. replied:
Justin@Freektune is pushing the platform more than any other out there right now. But there are other good tuners. Get on mazdaspeedforums.org and read up

Hey guys I have a 2010 speed 3 and I really want to reduce my wheel gap with coils but I don't wanna break the bank too bad....any recommendations? I'm already considering bc's and definitely not considering racelands...help! Lol

https://www.facebook.com/284592404727 Sonic Tuning coilovers have height, Damper, pre-load adjustment. Spring rates are 7K/5K perfect for the ms3. front camber adjustment with pillowball mount. AND they come with front adjustable endlinks. these are also track tested. A much better value than the BC's and quality is on par with the HKS coilovers at less than half the price. There's a group buy going on mazdaspeedforums.org for $999 for the full set http://www.mazdaspeedforums.org/forum/f596/gb-v3-sonic-tuning-coilovers-146889/
Hey everyone, I bought a 2nd gen speed 3 earlier this year. I'm looking to start doing some upgrades. Any suggestions or advice on things you've done so far?
I've already put on corksport sway bars and a Cobb rmm

If you are looking for a great source of info you can check out mazdaspeedforums.org Just don't post any simple questions in the beginning. The vets on the forum can be a little harsh. I would just read a bunch and check out the Nator GA section. We are way more forgiving to noob questions lol.
Anyone know where I can get a Dyno? I just want to know what power I'm at right now. I can wait until a Dyno day, but I was curious regardless.
Thanks!

We had a nator meet there (I couldn't make it) everyone said it was a great place. Btw have you checked out mazdaspeedforums.org? Good group of semi-locals with speeds.
