  Thanks, everyone. Followed up Rachel Carter's recommendation and phoned Jerry's Electrical, 9 Market Place, Wincanton BA9 9LP, phone 01963 33521. They are very booked up but coming on Wednesday a.m., and the lady on the phone knows Gillingham well and knew exactly where our house was - so well worth trying them! ^_^
