I used the AMS in Exeter, just needed two new tyres but was talked into having the tracking done as well as I was informed it should be done every 6 months ( yea right ) . So lucky to get the car in right away and I was back on the road within the hour unfortunately the car was now pulling to the right and the steering was quite stiff so I took it back immediately only to be told I would have to book it in. When I got home I also noticed both alloy wheels had been damaged when the new tyres had been fitted so I phoned AMS only to be told that they were like that when I brought the car in. On returning the car 3 days later I was told the top technician was put on the job and now the steering was spot on, after driving down the road I could tell the car was exactly the same so back I went only to be told it would have to be booked in again. Having returned for a third time I am now informed of the real problem and here it is, the wheels needed to be swapped around. These cowboys are a joke. I gave up in the end before more damage was done to the car and went into Protyre who informed me the tracking was miles out , what a surprise!!!.
