  I'm not sure if he's expensive...I've only ever paid my copay. Here's the number for the Troy office: (937) 339-8380. I went to Dr. Light and Dr. Heafey in Lima since I was a little kid, but started going to Dr. Russ about a year ago and like him much better. He does a great job.
