  We just moved to the area and I'm looking to keep as much money in town as possible. We need to connect with a carpet installer, someone that does gutters, Bob cat/small tractor work. And cleaning services the home has sat vacant and there is dust everywhere. Oh and also looking to rent one of those big refinishing wood floor sanders. (Hope this was where I should post this)
