  I had a similar experience... by the time Hair Affair returned my call (days later), I'd already made an appointment at the Red Door Salon. The attitude I perceived was "we have an elite clientelle, and you should be grateful that we even returned your call." On the other hand, I was very pleased with the Red Door Salon.
