  We are travelling to Athens in the summer, this time with 20 month old twins. Would anyone have experience of a suitable resort / hotel/apparthotel for a 3-4 days with young toddlers ? We are looking for something which has kids pools ideally, toddler friendly amenities but if not, at least a sandy beach. The snag is it should be maximum 2.5 hours drive from Athens. I've not had any luck finding appropriate hotels so far. I've read Matt's pages on travelling with children and it sounds as though there are some perfect places on islands but not near Athens, hence reaching out to the group in case anyone has ideas or has been in the same boat

  Hi folks, i visited almost all of the Greek Islands in my youth and went to Skiathos last year with my wife and dad. Skiathos was ok as the bus service made it very easy to get around.. We are hoping to visit Greece again next year but this time have a new baby girl.. Any recommendations for island's that are easy to get to, have that authentic Greek Island feel, great restaurants and easy to get around without a car? Flying from the UK Thanks in advance

  Traveling to Greece with my family which includes a 2 1/2 year old. Streets aren't conducive to strollers. Does anyone have a lightweight, low profile idea? Are there used children equipment stores or rentals in Athens? Thanks!
