  I personally wouldn't go back to Lucido if you paid me. When we went there the staff was rude and highly unprofessional. We were there for my daughter and she needed x-rays. We were sitting in the exam room and a nurse/PA comes into the room, doesn't say one word to me, and takes my daughter out of the room. They could actually get into a lot of trouble for that. There were other things that happened over the course of our dealings with them. Lucido has no clue what goes on with the staff. And when I tried to address the issues I was ignored. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mario Genovese. I have been using him since 1999. He goes above and beond for his patients and his staff is just lovely. I broke my foot over the summer. I called and left a message on a Wednesday night. He called me back at 8 am and said he was about to leave for vacation for 2 weeks but could I be in the office in an hour so he could see me before he left. He wasn't even supposed to go in the office that day. He actually still makes house calls for his elderly patients who can't make it into the office. My mom even comes to Brooklyn from Nassau County to see him because she can't find a doctor there that comes close to Dr. Genovese.   Dr. Lucido's office is a nightmare. The experience I had there was a horror show. I went there for my daughter because my pediatrician recommended him. I should have stuck with my own. Dr. Mario Genovese is amazing. I have been going to him for almost 20 years. He still makes house calls for his elderly patients, and he is the sweetest man. 9602 4 th Avenue (Entrance is past the entrance to the apartments) 718-748-7474. I am PRETTY sure he takes GHI. Call the office - his staff is lovely.

  Dr. Lucido is AWFUL. Dr. Mario Genovese 9602 4 th Avenue 718-748-7474. He is FANTASTIC! I broke my foot last summer. I called and left him a message 9 pm for the morning. He called me at 8 am telling me he was about to go on vacation but he would meet me in the office in 45 minutes before he left. THAT'S the type of guy he is.
