We offer an affordable memberships for gym and/or classes. We never charge joining fees, sign you up to a contract, or charge a cancellation fee.
We also offer very affordable one to one training, and we have onsite changing facilities, free parking and a bar area.
We've created a friendly atmosphere to ensure you will never feel intimidated. We've kept the gym small with commercial quality but simple to use equipment, all of which we are happy to show you how to use it effectively.
