  Terry, check on a co. called Service America for your home warranty. For probably less than 500.00 a year you can get your appliances, a/c, washing mach., dryer, hot water heater, some plumbing and electrical repaired or replsced ( if not fixable) for only a service call fee or 75.00 or less. You pay nothing for parts or labor. If you will call me, I'll explain more. 407 578 8643. It's really a good deal. We had it I'm mom and dad's house. Tell all hello. .
