  Jeff Parrak. 817-480-1367. Honest. Honest. Honest. We've used him in our two previous homes with great (affordable) results. He is a former colleague of mine (City of Grapevine) where he was a foreman before going to work in Southlake. Obviously great experience and references. Good luck!
