And also get yourself a good building inspector, i used gold coast home inspections tel:0412 189482 they were so professional , and extremely thorough, unfortunately the house had major subsidence so we didn't purchase it, but they saved us a fortune, and we will use them next time. and get a good mortgage consultant, my mortgage consultant is joe Killian from Aussie home loans, tel:0433 193 635 ,really awesome guy, all your finance sorted and its free !
