Please note that we need someone who can do the following: -Cater for approx. 60 people quickly and efficiently. So nothing that is fiddly to plate up and serve (we can preorder specific dishes if it helps with planning and prep). - Be available in Illovo at lunch time (we can give you loads of notice on dates). - Be reliable in terms of time and service. We've been let down in the past with people being really late and/or not being able to do the numbers we need. - Finally, most importantly, this is not a corporate budget, it's a staff club. We can't afford large booking fees or setup fees. We don't require frills, just speed and efficiency. We need a budget of around R80 a head (including everything) if your offering is a meal, or R40-R50 a head if your offering is a snack or dessert (froyo, waffles, crepes etc.) Please send your details to mhardisty@svarchitects.com with an idea of what you do.
