  Starting up a new edition of an old thread - where to get decent compost. I just found out the City of College Park ran out of their good stuff a few weeks ago, and a recent visit to the pile on Northway was disappointing. The stuff there was mostly a pile of chopped up sticks, barely decomposed at all. Definitely not what I'm looking for in my planter beds. So, does anyone have a recommendation? I paid through the nose to buy compost and peat from a big box a little while ago, hoping to not do that again. Thanks in advance-
