  I have gotten shots in my heel in the past because of flat feet and flip flops, running, etc. I need one again. I used to get them at my podiatrist in Delaware. Anyone know where I can get one? I haven't seen my new dr yet. Will a walk in clinic do it or should I find a podiatrist? Anyone have a good one?
