  Norma K. wrote: we trusted these people two years ago with our personal info w2s and 1099 we were charged $3,500 and we were told that we are going to get a $5,000 refund. two year later we are yet to see it. I called IRS and they confirmed that no income tax filled for year 2019. I have called numerous times to ask what happened and nothing. I finally gave up and just asked them to give me my personal info back. I have asked for my documents for over a year and every time I reach out I get an excuse. there were so many excuses. they took our money($3,500) and never filed our taxes and I'm starting to think they lost our documents. do not trust this agency.
