Also I've heard good things about Mr Sparky appliance repairs at Oxley: MR SPARKY APPLIANCE REPAIRS (ALL REPAIRS INCLUDING COFFEE MACHINES & ALL SPARE PARTS) Shop 6, 130 Oxley Station Road Oxley QLD 4075 PH: 07 3379 5332 Both are on the Sunbeam service centre list on their web.
