  Hello there all. Jason at 2238 Washington here. Along with Cassandra Papp, I'm just getting settled into my place after a five year leave of absence and have been advised by the developers on the corner (22nd/Wash) that my tree/fence is encroaching on the lots to be developed -- SOON. That said, I'm wondering if there is a surveyor in the midst who might be available on short notice for a consult. Does anybody know of one in the neighborhood? Thanks in advance for any insight, and if anyone is curious about the nature of the homes going in, I've been given pretty detailed information that I'd be happy to share. Cheers.

  Jason, I have used Ron at Colorado engineering and surveying for surveys at mine and others properties. 303-761-8055 www.copls.com. No connection to them but they seem thorough and professional
