  Quiet places for video interviews? Does anyone know anywhere in Midtown/Garment District area where you can briefly rent a private office room or similar? I have a video job interview, but am working full time in an office that doesn’t have private rooms, and no coffee shops that I know of are allowing indoor seating. Leaving work early is an absolute last resort, so I’m hoping to find somewhere during my lunch hour to set up a laptop. Thanks for any suggestions!

Our office currently has issues and I'm out (in) for the week. Today was the second incredibly unproductive day I've had and I know it's from working in bed because I have no desk (hadn't needed one til now).   If you don't want to go to a coffee shop check out renting a workspace for a few days. I know there's breather.com and a few others. Depending on your job/office situation you may even be able to get them to pay for it.
