AustinDizzy replied:I've rented through [Bel-Cross Properties](http://belcross.com/) for the past three years and I'm very happy with them. Their website lists all the properties they manage. They have places in basically every district in town, so you're likely to find something close to where you need to be. Overall, I recommend looking at the various property management firms that are located in Morgantown as they're the ones who work with homeowners to rent their properties.
