  Jim Kroupa at CR Construction. 303- 362-0976. We have used him for a bunch of jobs recently and we LOVE him!!! He sticks to his quote and does fantastic work. He loves working in old houses and is a perfectionist so he takes longer than he quotes time wise, but it's totally worth it and he doesn't charge any more if it takes him longer than he thought. He is very reasonable and pretty easy to have around. Very clean. He has an A rating on Angie's List and BBB. We used a local independent guy for some stuff before Jim and had an horrible experience. He wasn't on Angie's list or BBB so there was no recourse for us when he did an awful job. I would only use someone on Angie's list now. I cannot recommend Jim enough. Truly he is fantastic!!
