  I really liked the dentist's at Pediatric Dental World. I was really impressed with first impression of it all. Video games in the lobby. Overly friendly staff! :) A gift bag with a t-shirt and an awesome bubba water mug with their logo. The work was transparent. All of the kids having cleanings were in the same room. If you needed something more invasive, they had treatment rooms off to the side. After their cleanings, I found out when they tried to reschedule us, that they ONLY file out of network with insurances................. bummer! So we are looking for a new one too. We used Dr Yu in TC for my older three. Although she didn't allow parents to go backn in he rooms in 2007. I've heard amazing things about Dr Duffy.

  Has anyone dealt with an impacted molar in a toddler that just wouldn't push through the gum? Our 2 year olds bottom molar has been "stuck" beneath the gum for 4 months now. Our dentist said she probably needs surgery to remove it. Is there anyway to get that sucker to pop through? If not, does anyone have a great recommendation on a Pediatric dentist that could do the surgery?

  Kids go to Pediatric Dental World and I go to Dental Depot. Both great places. Dental Depot does take care of kids as well, but we found PDW first and the kids love going there.

  I found a good pediatric office in Grapevine based on a recommendation but it actually took me way longer than expected to get there. So I'm searching for a great office even closer. Any recommendations for a pediatrician and also pediatric dentist right here in Flower Mound? I'm looking for an office where the wait time isn't ridiculous, the nurses are nice and the doctor takes his/her time asking questions to get to know you and your children, isn't eager to prescribe meds too quickly, and doesn't rush you out of there! Is there such a magical place? LOL.

  We've used Dr Harpavat for 13 years now (also been to the other doctors in the office and they are great too - Dr Dhoot/Dr Phillips). We go to Dental Depot and love them, but also have heard great things about Pediatric Dental world. We went to Dr Duffy years ago and was not a fan.

  Hi moms... My almost 15 month old had his frenulum clipped early on, by Brandon Christianson, MD, at Texas ENT center in Fort Worth. We were very happy with him, and pleased with the results. We are now being advised by the delivery nurses, and pediatrician, that our 1.5 month old needs the same procedure. After a consult with the previous ENT, he said it's often over diagnosed by the pedi's, and that he didn't think it was necessary for our second child..... My family and I think it's more severe than his older brothers, and that it's actually gotten worse, possibly even affecting his feedings now..... I want a second opinion, and am looking to you all for advise:) Can anyone recommend a great infant ENT doctor in the Flower Mound and surrounding areas? Extra points if you know his/her experience with the "tongue tie" situation! TIA!!!
