Key qualifications I seek are: 1) Minimum of 10 years direct residential experience IN PRESCOTT - not in some other city or state. 2) "Can-do," action-oriented person whom goes the extra mile to make things happen, 3) Proven track record of above - average success in the Prescott market.   We are moving to Prescott Valley in June. Hubby heading up earlier to start the job hunt. Any advice on a GOOD realtor? Someone honest who doesn't just put on a dog and pony show but really gets the job done...someone who really listens to clients and has a deep commitment to the job. Been looking at housing and it appears to be extremely expensive. Have a unique situation...
