  Can anyone refer me to a good electrician or someone who does home inspections? I am renting an old trailer and have had several plugs spark and catch fire. My landlord marks saying it's just bad plugs...not possible bc the plugs that spark are ones that we haven't been using...and he refuses to do anything about it. I figure of i can prove its the wiring then he might fix the issue instead of going on vacation to avoid it.
