  Looking for a good real estate agent. A few years ago we signed with an agent to sell some property for us. She put it on the MLS and there was not one bite. When the contract ran out we put it on Craig's list and it sold almost immediately. Now we have a small cabin/house to sell. We put it on Craig's list. Have shown it a number of times, but no sale. We have been bombarded with mailings from realtors who saw our ad on Craig's list saying they want to sell the property for us. Finally called one to set up a meeting. She couldn't see us that day, but she would call to set up a time the next day. She didn't call, so we called her back. She said she would look at her schedule and get back to us. That was 3 days ago. Is there a realtor that is dependable and would actually try to sell the property? Would appreciate recommendations.
