  We moved into our new replaced home in August. Although there is a warranty on everything for a year, we have serious issues with the the heating and the bathroom plumbing. The heating company does not respond in a timely manner and we still have the problem. I am ready to forget the free warranty and pay to have a reputable and caring company to come in and take care of our issues. Any suggestions on plumbers and HVAC companies? Thank you!

  I'm looking for a AC man. Not a big company just a small family own business that's has experience on older units. 1996 it was installed I'm told parts aren't available surely there is a retro fit. Hard to understand I have to replace the entire unit just because coolant leaks out.

  I think the ac is dead in my house it's blowing out air that's barley cold and it's heating up the house to very uncomfortable levels where I had to purchase a window unit...... I need someone cheap and reliable also licsened to come check it out normally the bedroom is the most uncomfortable room in the house as always and the coldest but it's effecting the other rooms in the home :(
