  Hey everyone, I hope everyone is doing well! Anyway you're probably thinking "here she goes again" and it's true. Okay, now I need a local, reasonably priced painter. As I suspect many of you have also had, we had leaks in our roof from when the icicles on the roof starting melting. The condo association fixed the holes in the wall and ceiling, but they don't pay for painting the rooms. The condo association has a company that they referred us to, but I thought there probably was a local painter(s) that would be less expensive and maybe a smaller company or even one or two painter business. Any thoughts? Thank you, as usual, for all your suggestions and advice!! I promise I won't bother you again anytime very soon. ;-)
