  Banks are for suckers bro, mortgage broker all the way. I used Elisha Park she's by southgate mall 780-935-4475 we went to a bank and a broker and got a better deal with the broker going through the same bank. also stay away from TD mortgages they have a new thing that screws you over if you renew with another bank. http://mortgagesuperhero.com/understanding-collateral-versus-standard-charge-mortgages/
